Hyatt’s latest global promotion is open for registration, and it’s a familiar one. Registered members earn 3,000 bonus points for every three eligible nights completed between September 29 and December 15, 2026. That’s a genuinely useful rebate on stays you were booking anyway. It just isn’t worth planning a trip around.

So here’s the short version: register now, keep your existing Hyatt plans, and let the bonus points land where they land. Here’s how the details work.

World of Hyatt Fall 2026 Global Promotion Details

The deal is simple. Once you register, you earn 3,000 bonus points for every three eligible nights you complete between September 29 and December 15, 2026. The nights don’t need to be consecutive, so three one-night stays count the same as one three-night stay. There’s no hurdle, which is an improvement to Hyatt’s last promotion, which began on the second stay: the bonus starts with your very first stay after registration.

You can earn up to 36,000 bonus points during the promotion, which means 36 eligible nights. Most travelers will land somewhere between 3,000 and 9,000 points from three to nine nights.

A few things to keep in mind:

• Registration is required before your first eligible night, and registration closes December 15, 2026. Stays you already booked count, as long as you register before you complete the nights.
• Unlike Marriott’s promotion, award nights count toward the bonus, not just paid stays. If you have a Hyatt award stay coming up, register anyway.
• Paid stays must be booked directly with Hyatt, not through a third-party booking site.
• The promotion is valid at participating Hyatt hotels and resorts worldwide, plus participating Mr & Mrs Smith hotels, The Venetian Resort, and Homes & Hideaways by World of Hyatt. Stays at those partner properties must be booked through Hyatt channels with your World of Hyatt number on the reservation.
• Only one room per member counts toward the bonus, even if you book multiple rooms.
• If a stay straddles December 15, the nights on or before the cutoff still count, as long as the stay is completed by June 15, 2027.
• Bonus points usually post within two to three weeks of checkout, and they don’t count toward elite status.

Value of Hyatt’s Fall 2026 Global Promotion

The math works out to 1,000 bonus points per night. At typical valuations of around 1.5 cents per World of Hyatt point, that’s roughly $15 back per night, on top of the base points and elite bonuses you’re already earning. A maxed-out 36,000 bonus points comes to about $540 in value, which is enough for a free night at a Category 7 property at standard rates.

That’s a solid rebate, and it’s a nice bonus on stays you’d book anyway. Register in case Hyatt stays land on your calendar before December 15, and don’t think about it again.

Bottom Line

Hyatt’s fall promo offers a few bonus points on stays you already had planned, with no downside to registering. Award nights counting makes it better than most. Just register now, before your first stay, and let the points post if you were planning to stay at a Hyatt anyway.
